Tim Peake's Spacecraft

Peterborough Cathederal

Peterborough Cathedral will be displaying Tim Peake’s Soyuz spacecraft – Soyuz TMA-19M – and a Space Descent VR experience from Saturday 11th August until Monday 5th November 2018. Tim Peake’s own spacesuit will also be part of the display, as well as the parachute used in the spacecraft’s return to earth. The Soyuz TMA-19M spacecraft was used by Tim Peake for his mission to the International Space Station in 2015–2016. It will be free to visit during its time displayed in the Cathedral. Junior Sailing Club

RYA Sailing - Basic Skills level 2

10am – 4pm. £150 16years+. This 2 day course covers rigging, launching and sailing in all directions as well as capsize recovery and essential safety knowledge. After the course participants will be able to sail and make decisions in good conditions. You will need to have completed level 1 to do this course.
